I ignored her for 20 years. 🫠

I've been a real estate agent for 12+ years, including 3 years as a regional technology trainer for Keller Williams, supporting roughly 5,000 agents and consulting 100+ brokerage leaders across 6 states.

I was a 97% fit for the role, and I still burnt out.

So, I walked away.

I unplugged for a few months. Then the professor's words came back to me, and in May 2023, I published the first issue of this weekly newsletter.

130+ issues later, I'm still writing. (60+ consecutive weeks, after a start that had plenty of gaps in it.)

HERE'S WHAT I DO NOW

Entrepreneurs are being sold AI tools and content strategies they aren't ready for.

The foundation isn't built yet.

Before technology creates leverage, the fundamentals have to exist.

Clear systems, repeatable processes, and the willingness to slow down long enough to build them.

That's where I come in. Information is everywhere. Implementation is the gap.

I cut my newsletter production time from 20 hours a week to 4-6 hours by building an AI-assisted system. Then, to 3-4, by learning to lead with my own thinking before I open a chat window.

I'm still figuring things out, and I'll show you the work as I do. I’m not a guru who has already arrived. I’m a guide walking the same path, a few steps ahead in some places, and learning right beside you in others.
