First things first, let's talk about why consistent branding is so important. Weā€™ve talked about this before, in fact, at this point, some might say we talk about itā€¦ consistently. I wonder, why? šŸ¤“

Picture me rollinā€™: You come across a company that always uses the same logo, colors, fonts, and messaging across all platforms (i.e. omnichannel). They create a strong and recognizable brand identity that sticks in your mind. That's the power of consistency.

You donā€™t need the BOLD, slightly italicized letters, NIKE when you see the Swoosh. You know what that means. The company knows how powerful its consistent brand is too. Check the top-left corner of their website and youā€™ll see what I mean.

When you establish a clear path for consistent branding, you increase brand recognition, build customer trust, and gain a competitive edge. Not to mention a larger exit if and when the time comes. šŸ¤‘

Step 2: Deliver a Seamless Consumer Experience šŸ˜

We've all encountered businesses that provide inconsistent customer service or vary in product quality. Maybe they forgot the spoon for your kidā€™s applesauce or were randomly closed without notice when the business is usually open. It can be frustrating and even drive customers away. Documenting your processes not only allows you to remember each step, creating a consistent experience for customers, it also allows you to onboard and train new team members more efficiently by giving them a roadmap to success within your organization.

Each step of the buyer journey that includes the same email to the customer, talking points, or deliverables, should be created into a template to save time and maintain your standard of service.

Finally, the most important tasks that require consistency at the highest level to grow your business, such as lead generation and follow-up with potential customers, should be scheduled on your calendar with reminders set to ensure the time needed to complete those tasks is protected. These are the non-negotiables in your business, that keep your business thriving.

Consistency plays a pivotal role in unlocking exponential growth for your business.
